Responsibilities
- To live and model the school’s core values with colleagues, students, parents, officials, fans, and the larger community
- To reinforce the school’s core values, guiding philosophy, rules, and school spirit
- To foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- To design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team
- To conduct regular training sessions, focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development
- To organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
- To be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive our activity buses
