About the role

Vantive is a vital organ therapy company dedicated to extending lives and expanding possibilities for patients and care teams. This role is responsible for managing order-fulfillment processes for Renal Medical Products through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assure product delivery in accordance with customer service, distribution, product requirements, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Handle exceptions, general inquiries, correspondence, and document service failures.
  • Manage order exceptions, handle general inquiries, and resolve complex customer questions, complaints, and requests.
  • Process phone and fax orders, manage order exceptions, and ensure tracking of service failures.
  • Investigate problems related to shipment of products, returns, credits, and new orders.
  • Set up new accounts, document service requirements, maintain records, and prepare customer required reports.
  • Interface with and support company sales representatives.
  • Manage telephone, fax, and electronic or web product orders.
  • Provide superior service to external customers and internal Vantive team members.
  • Work with the customer to determine needed quantities and frequency of delivery of product.
  • Expedite product availability and manage the release of back orders.
  • Monitor reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock.
  • Document service failures that impact the customer and the organization.
  • Collaborate with the following departments: Product Information, Distribution Centers, Planning and Deployment, Credit and Collections, Customer Master, various sales representatives, Center for Vantive, and others.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma with a minimum of 4 to 6 years supply chain or customer service experience.
  • Effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Expertise in working in Microsoft applications and an aptitude for web-based applications.
  • Ability to work remotely using a high-speed wired internet connection.
  • Ability to provide customers with superior service and a high level of satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician License preferred, must be in good standing.
  • Ability to speak Spanish an asset.
  • JD Edwards system knowledge a plus.

Skills

  • Product and therapy knowledge.
  • Ability to ask the right questions and lead conversations.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of professionals (RNs, patients, other medical professionals).

Benefits

The estimated base salary for this position is $44,000 to $55,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
