Pay Information

• $18 per hour

• One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Inbound call center experience preferred.
• Field Routes Pest Management Systems (1+ years experience)

Qualifications

• Have a commitment to honest and exceptional customer service
• Be passionate about Customer care and Customer satisfaction
• Willing to work Monday - Friday, alternating Saturdays and some holidays

What you bring to the table

• Experience with Field Routes
• 6+ months of experience of customer service experience, specifically communicating using phone answering and relay systems, email and/or SMS
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets etc.
