Responsibilities

  • Plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living.
  • Provide personal care to adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Perform other duties such as transporting clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and the surrounding area).
  • Complete and maintain accurate reports.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check
  • Available to attend paid training in Jefferson, WI
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth
