Responsibilities
- Plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Perform duties such as transporting clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and the surrounding area).
- Complete and maintain accurate reports.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check
- Available to attend paid training in Jefferson, WI
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth
