About the role

Support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene needs, meals, household support/cleaning, and transportation
• Social connections, and independent living skills
• Advocate for people with identified needs’ rights, needs, and preferences
• Monitor health and well-being and report changes as needed
• Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings

Requirements

• $16.00/hr initial pay, with potential for a $0.50/hr increase after six months of consistent employment
• $2,500 Hiring Bonus!
• Part-time positions available in the Virginia/Eveleth area with options for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

Skills

• Passion for supporting people with identified needs
• Comfort with basic computer use
• Ability to read and write in English
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Check
• Pass a DHS background check
