About the role

Support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene needs, meals, household support/cleaning, and transportation
• Social connections, and independent living skills
• Advocate for people with identified needs’ rights, needs, and preferences
• Monitor health and well-being and report changes as needed
• Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Check
• Pass a DHS background check

Qualifications

• No prior experience or formal education required—training provided
• Comfort with basic computer use
• Read and write in English

Skills

Pay

$17.00/hr, with an opportunity to increase to $17.50/hr after six months of consistent employment. $2,000 Hiring Bonus!

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available in the Litchfield area, with options for morning and evening shifts.
