DSP Transformation Advisor Lead
At Accenture, we believe your career is about what you want to be and who you want to be. It's about bringing your skills, your curiosity, and your best true self to your work. Here, you'll match your ingenuity with the latest technology to do incredible things. Together, we can create positive, long-lasting change.
We Are Deal Structuring & Pricing (DSP) is Accenture's commercial deal advisory organization. We help shape, structure, and price some of Accenture's most strategic opportunities, enabling profitable growth while delivering value to our clients. Our team works closely with business leaders, sales teams, pricing professionals, and functions across the globe to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and transformation programs that strengthen DSP's impact on the business.
About the role
This is an advisory role embedded within the Transformation team, working directly alongside the Transformation Lead to provide independent strategic counsel across core workstreams like Change & Comms, Capability/Learning, AI Transformation, and Markets Mobilization. The ideal candidate brings a strong strategy consulting background with deep experience in organizational transformation, operating model design, business process optimization, change management, and digital and AI-driven innovation.
Unlike a delivery role, this position is focused on shaping, challenging, and pressure-testing the transformation agenda — ensuring the right problems are being solved in the right sequence, and that recommendations are grounded in best practice and commercially viable. The role requires executive presence, sound judgement, and the ability to operate across multiple functions and geographies — always in service of the transformation program's objectives rather than as an independent operator.
Responsibilities
- Advise and challenge — provide independent, objective counsel to the Transformation Lead and workstream owners; constructively challenge assumptions, approaches, and priorities.
- Diagnose and design — identify gaps in operating models, processes, and capability; design structured recommendations that are practical and implementation-ready.
- Shape the AI transformation agenda — bring informed perspective on AI adoption, use case prioritization, and the organizational changes required to embed AI at scale.
- Translate ambiguity into action — structure complex, undefined problems into clear frameworks, action plans, and decision points for senior stakeholders.
- Support executive engagement — prepare and support the Transformation Lead in senior stakeholder conversations; help build the narrative and case for change at leadership level.
- Bridge strategy and delivery — produce recommendations in a form the PM and workstream leads can act on; ensure the handoff from strategic advice to execution is clean and unambiguous.
- Drive value realization — maintain a clear line of sight to commercial outcomes; ensure transformation activity is tied to measurable business impact.
