About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Special Needs Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. You’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them reach their full potential. Part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling across various shifts and locations are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Requirements

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (autism, Down syndrome)
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to community outings

Pay

Competitive pay rates starting at $18.00/hr, with weekly pay and mileage reimbursement options.

Schedule

Flexible part-time scheduling with various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Opportunities are matched within 30 minutes of your home to minimize commute times.
