DSP / Caregiver - Direct Support Professional - Full and Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centered support in daily living tasks
• Ambulate, bathe, groom, and assist with toileting
• Engage individuals in social, recreational, and community activities
• Prepare meals, perform cleaning, laundry, and household tasks
• Transport individuals safely to appointments or outings
• Encourage personal growth and goal achievement
• Accurately document activities, incidents, and client progress
• Communicate professionally with team members, families, and clients
• Participate in required paid training and team meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation - valid driver's license (fewer than 6 points) and auto insurance
• Pass BCI/FBI background checks and required screenings
