The Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC) helps people with disabilities live full, happy lives. We are seeking caring, motivated individuals to join our team in Lander. This is an ideal starting point for those interested in working in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with their daily activities, including morning routines, outings, and shopping trips.
• Encourage residents to be independent and try new things.
• Go on outings with residents, such as dining out, movie nights, and family visits.
• Support residents in expressing their needs and goals to others.
• Plan and attend fun events, participate in team meetings, and track resident progress.
• Provide a watchful eye to ensure residents' safety and follow plans to support them during challenging moments.

Requirements

• No prior medical experience is required.
• CNA certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Education: Associate's degree in healthcare or 1-3 years of progressive work experience in Human Services.

Qualifications

• CNA certification obtained within 12 months of hire.
