DSHS DDA Intake and Eligibility Case Resource Manager

About the Role

If you are devoted to serving those with developmental disabilities, consider this exciting opportunity. The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is looking for an Intake and Eligibility Case Resource Manager. In this role, you will provide advanced level of social services and specialized case and/or resource management for people with developmental disabilities and their families. You'll complete eligibility for developmental services and assist consumers in identifying services to request through DDA or through resources in the surrounding community.

Schedule & Work Location

This position covers Region 1, including the following counties: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Ferry, Garfield, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, and Whitman.

New hires should expect to perform work in the office more frequently at the start. A hybrid schedule can be discussed with the supervisor after the initial period, though ongoing, periodic in-person work will still be required. The standard work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am &ndash
