DSC Table Games Dealer

Duties And Responsibilities

• Create and Maintain a positive and friendly customer atmosphere.
• Deal the game so that the Supervisor(s) and Surveillance can easily follow all transactions that take place on all tables.
• Regulate the distribution of cards in licensed card games.
• Schedule and announce games and openings during games at supervised tables.
• Inform Supervisor(s) of any problems or disputes on the table(s) or with a customer.
• Inform Supervisor(s) of any suspicious activity from a customer or employee.
• Maintain banks.
• Clean and Maintain all Table Game areas.

Education

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have previous experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in all forms of Table Games and Table Game Rules.
• Must be outgoing, mature, and express ability to work under a moderate amount of stress.

Other

• Must obtain a Key Gaming License.
• Ability to handle diverse situations/or people.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must demonstrate excellent attendance practices.
• Must be able to work 8+ hours if necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach.
• Sitting, standing or walking for extended periods of time.
