Duties And Responsibilities

• Counsels the game of blackjack and other various poker table games such as Ultimate 3 card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em and others when implemented.
• Conducts gaming table on Blackjack and various poker table games.
• Handles monetary bets both in for form of cash and chips.
• Calculates table payouts for blackjack and various poker table games.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly manner.
• Takes care of house interests, immediately alerts Floor person and/or Pit Boss if any discrepancies occur.
• Protects and controls specific games assigned.
• Will be responsible and take direction, including any procedural corrections, from the Floor person and Pit Boss.
• Be able to deal a neat, clean, and efficient game.
• Ensures gaming activity in your assigned table area is being conducted in accordance with all established rules and regulations while maintaining acceptable game pace and security to minimize potential theft.
• Provides customer service to all guests assuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable as a means of promoting return visits by the guest.
• Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, dress code will be enforced.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be qualified or be able to qualify for a gaming license.
• Requires excellent math skills.
• Excellent customer service and people skills is a must.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Any additional duties and responsibilities that upper management may delegate in the future.

Employment Status

Full-time, permanent, hourly and Part time available as well. Full benefit package, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Personal Time, 401 K Plan for full time. Native American Preference applies.
