Drywall / Sheetrock Installer

About the role

Advantage Services is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Drywall Installers. Whether you have drywall experience or are completely new to the trade, we will train you. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning how to install, repair, tape, float, texture, and finish drywall for residential and commercial projects. This is a great opportunity to learn a valuable trade with long-term career growth. No experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing, repairing, taping, floating, and finishing drywall
• Learn texture matching and wall and ceiling repairs
• Measure, cut, and install drywall panels
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and company equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites before and after projects
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Deliver quality workmanship while working efficiently with your team
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers

Qualifications

• No experience necessary—we will train the right person
• Previous drywall or construction experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM until daily jobs are completed.
