Job Responsibilities
- Apply drywall compound to seams between drywall panels.
- Work on new walls and ceilings, and repair existing walls as needed.
- Prepare high walls and ceilings using ladders or scaffolding.
- Perform mudding, taping, and installation of corner bead.
- Blend different textures to match existing ceiling finishes.
- Work in tight spaces such as skylight shafts.
- Handle tasks at moderate heights up to 15 feet.
- Correct imperfections highlighted by primer.
Job Requirements
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Can follow directions from supervisors.
- Must provide own safety footwear.
- Must have basic tools as per collective agreement.
- Requires reliable transportation or access to job sites.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $28.00-34.00 per hour, paid weekly. Pay is based on experience, knowledge, and skill.
