Qualifications

• Good overall knowledge of all trades: Drywall Repair, Quick mud, Texture, Wall Painting, Spray Painting
• Knowledge of other trades is also preferred
• Carpentry - indoor and outdoor
• Tiling
• Flooring
• Proper equipment
• Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean-cut appearance
• Decent looking vehicle
• Organized tools
• Ability to look around the property and communicate to the customer
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Punctuality and efficiency
• Desire to exceed customers' expectations

Compensation

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
