About the role

Drybar Hair Stylists focus on one thing and excel at it: blowouts. Our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.

Pay

Competitive hourly wages beginning at $17.50 per hour plus tips, retail & productivity bonuses, and a $100 anniversary gift. Additional earnings include:

• $1.50 for every add-on performed
• $3 extra for each blowout after 20 blowouts
• Up to $10 for every membership sold

Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
• Must be over the age of 21 years old
• Must be available for a part-time schedule
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and advanced hair styling & finishing skills
• Ability to perform a blowout in under 45 minutes
• Strong drive and communication skills
• Ability to work with and be part of a team

Cosmetology students attending school may also apply, but must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist.
