About the role

Drybar Hair Stylists specialize in blowouts—no cuts, no color, just blowouts. We focus on one thing and strive to be the best at it.

Pay

Competitive hourly wages starting at $18.42 per hour, plus tips, retail & productivity bonuses, and a $100 anniversary gift. Additional earnings include:

• $1.50 for every add-on service performed
• $3 extra for each blowout after 20 in a shift
• Up to $10 for every membership sold

Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
• Must be over the age of 21
• Must be available for a part-time schedule
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and advanced hair styling & finishing skills
• Ability to perform a blowout in under 45 minutes
• Strong drive, communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications

We also accept applications from cosmetology students (must obtain a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
