About the role

Drybar Hair Stylists / Cosmetologists specialize in blowouts—no cuts, no color, just blowouts. The role is part-time and requires availability for a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform shampoo, blow-dry, and hair styling & finishing services.
• Complete a full blowout in under 45 minutes.
• Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication skills.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Must be over the age of 21.
• Available for a part-time schedule.
• Demonstrated skills in blowouts and hair styling.
• Note: Cosmetology students may apply but must have a valid license to work as a hairstylist.

Pay

• Competitive hourly wages starting at $18.42 per hour plus tips.
• Retail and productivity bonuses: $1.50 for every add-on performed, $3 extra for each blowout over 20 per shift, and up to $10 for every membership sold.
