Responsibilities

• Supervise shop staff (Bartenders & Stylists) on assigned shifts
• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld
• Assign clients to stylists and delegate tasks to bartenders and stylists
• Execute meal period and break schedules
• Monitor shop inventory, check back bar and retail supplies, and place orders as needed
• Train new bartenders on using Booker and Drybar’s 10 core values
• Ensure stylists complete blowouts in under 45 minutes
• Implement problem-solving strategies and maintain awareness
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures, policies, and federal, state, and local regulations
• Adhere to Drybar’s timekeeping policy and supervisor policy addendum
• Report all time worked for self and others in a timely fashion

Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and advanced hair styling & finishing skills
• Ability to perform a blowout in under 45 minutes
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
• Desire to provide exceptional service to clients and staff

Cosmetology students are also welcome to apply (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
