About the role
Drybar Hair Stylists focus on one thing—blowouts. Our tagline: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.
Responsibilities
- Perform shampoo, blow-dry, and hair styling & finishing services
- Complete a blowout in under 45 minutes
- Provide exceptional service to clients
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- Current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
- Must be over the age of 21 years old
- Must be available for a part-time schedule
- Strong drive and communication skills
Cosmetology students are also welcome to apply (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
Pay
- Competitive hourly wages beginning at $17.50 per hour plus tips
- Retail & productivity bonuses ($1.50 for every add-on performed)
- Earn $3 extra for each blowout after 20 blowouts in a shift
- $10 for every membership sold
