About the role

Drybar Hair Stylists / Cosmetologists specialize in blowouts—no cuts, no color, just blowouts. Stylists enjoy competitive pay, tips, and bonuses while delivering exceptional service in a team-oriented environment.

Pay

• Competitive hourly wages starting at $17.50 per hour plus tips
• $1.50 for every add-on service performed
• $3 extra for each blowout after 20 services in a given period
• Up to $10 for every membership sold
• $100 anniversary gift

Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
• Must be over the age of 21
• Must be available for a part-time schedule
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and advanced hair styling & finishing skills
• Ability to complete a blowout in under 45 minutes
• Strong drive, communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications

Current cosmetology students attending an accredited program may apply but must hold a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist.
