Dry Wall Repair/Finisher & Painter - Parsons

About the role

This role focuses primarily on painting, drywall repair, and finish work, while also assisting with general maintenance duties throughout our hospital and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and finishing.
• Complete drywall repairs, texturing, and touch-ups to maintain professional appearance of all areas.
• Assist with general maintenance duties such as light carpentry, minor repairs, and preventive upkeep.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

• Two to three years experience as a general painter.
• Good color acuity and knowledge of wall coverings desired.
