About the role

The primary responsibility of a Dry-Mill Production Operator at Didion Milling & BioScience is to operate and maintain milling equipment to produce corn-based products efficiently. This includes monitoring production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate milling equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and address production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar operational role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

  • Experience with milling machinery and related operations.
  • Knowledge of food processing and quality control principles.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

  • Proficiency in operating various types of milling machinery.
