As a Sales Associate, you stay current with fashions and trends—inspiring customers to create their own personal style. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience—greet people sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Achieve individual sales and account goals
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Ring POS transactions and key account information
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

Pay

The expected base wage for this Illinois-based position is $15.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position. Pay range listed is provided in compliance with state-specific laws.
