Dry Attendant

The Dry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary surface environment which includes all dry areas, restrooms, showers, lamp room, halls, offices, lunchrooms, removal and disposal of trash. Responsibilities include, tracking and ordering in a timely manner all cleaning supplies and equipment.The duties of the dry attendant encompass a wide range of responsibilities which include a clean safe work environment for all mine personnel, subcontractors and visitors. Work Experience RequirementsDetail-orientedKnowledge and competence of cleaning chemicalsReliable and trustworthyKnowledge and understanding of MSHA regulations and MSDS.Multi-task Ability to complete tasks/projects within time allottedConfidentiality is of utmost importance for this positionUse of PPE while on job is mandatoryEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED18 years old or older
