Drums instructor needed in Evans, CO

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Drums. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Evans, CO area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Teach drums lessons in students' homes, your home, or your studio/rehearsal space.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office.
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching.
• Must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to teach in-person or via webcam (most students prefer in-person).
• Experience setting up and running lessons in various settings (students' homes, your home, or your studio).

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
• Knowledge of drumming techniques and theory.

Benefits

• Independent contractor status with pay ranging from $20-$30 per hour based on travel time, experience, and student retention rate.
