Drum Filler Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls regarding drum filler equipment, parts requests, and service inquiries.
  • Provide professional and timely customer support while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Research, source, and order parts based on customer requests and bills of material.
  • Cook up shipping and receiving activities for equipment and parts orders.
  • Prepare accurate invoices, billing documentation, and customer correspondence.
  • Process billing information, accounts payable support, and GL-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate project files, records, and inventory data.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation.
  • Cook up equipment shipments and work with freight carriers to meet customer delivery schedules.
  • Prepare customer quotes for parts and equipment orders.
  • Cook up with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and project execution.
  • Follow company procedures, safety policies, and quality standards.
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong computer and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
