Job Summary

The Drug Testing & Occupational Health (DTOH) Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating with third-party laboratories and clinics nationwide to obtain and process drug screening, physical exam, and other occupational health results. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clinics and laboratories nationwide to obtain and process drug screening, physical exam, and other occupational health results.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of results to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third-party vendors regarding results and issues.
  • Manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
  • Experience with drug testing, occupational health, or medical terminology preferred.

Prior to Employment

  • Selected candidates will be required to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
