Drug Product Manufacturing Associate I - Formulations - 2nd Shift

About the role

The Drug Product Formulations Manufacturing Associate I is responsible for executing routine production and manufacturing procedures to support processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role supports the implementation of production and manufacturing procedures, performs visual inspections, prepares components, and accurately documents data.

Responsibilities

• Performs various routine manufacturing tasks while adhering to SOPs and cGMP regulations.
• Supports the implementation of production and manufacturing procedures.
• Supports the implementation of production and manufacturing procedures.
• Prepares components, media, buffers, and other solutions as needed.
• Accurately documents data and completes batch records as needed.
• Maintains cGMP environment according to the production needs of the Drug Product group.
• Collects and disposes of lab wastes according to EHS procedures.
• Executes well-defined SOPs.
• Assists other technical personnel with troubleshooting and engineering activities.
• Prepares material and components for sterilization in autoclave or dehydrogenation oven.
• Performs routine maintenance of production equipment.

Requirements

• Zero to two (0-2) years of relevant experience in manufacturing, laboratory, mechanical or engineering.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed directions, preferably in a scientific or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with cGMP, manufacturing, machine operations, and data entry is preferred.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline or equivalent preferred.

Skills

Pay

$21.69-$24.41 per hour plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.

Schedule

2nd Shift Hours: 2PM-10:30PM eligible for a 10% pay differential.
