What You'll Do
- C Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient clients.
- B Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- C Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization, and substance abuse treatment services as clinically appropriate.
- D Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- E Collaborate with supervisors, multidisciplinary teams, community providers, and client support systems to coordinate care.
- F Participate in staff meetings, peer supervision, agency committees, and program development initiatives.
- G Maintain professional licensure/certification standards while providing high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services.
What You Bring
- A Master’s degree in a clinical field OR a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field
- B 2+ years of experience working with clients with additions for substance abuse therapists
- C Documented clinical experience in substance abuse treatment within a behavioral health setting
- D Strong Communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently
- E Licensure/certification preferred but not required
