Responsibilities

• Assessment Training: Learn assessment techniques to gather important information from clients and support identification of service needs
• Care Level Support: Assist in determining the correct level of care based on established guidelines
• Service Authorization: Help review funding options and recommend appropriate drug and alcohol services
• Client Orientation: Guide clients through program procedures and the treatment process
• Service Planning: Develop and adjust client service plans using assessment results
• Resource Coordination: Connect clients with available drug, alcohol, and ancillary services

Qualifications

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Dependency, Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Nursing or a related field; or a Bachelor’s Degree which includes or is supplemented
