What You’ll Do
- Monitor and manage vendor performance to ensure service levels meet QVC/HSN standards.
- Review reports and performance data to identify trends, set expectations, and determine next steps.
- Work directly with vendors to improve performance, recommend solutions, and confirm actions are completed.
- Investigate delayed or problem orders, identify root causes, and partner with Customer Service when needed.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Customer Care, Planning, and vendors to keep operations aligned with business goals.
- Communicate vendor, carrier, system, and customer issues to leadership, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support vendor and item setup, reporting, and special projects to improve the customer experience and control logistics costs.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 3–5 years of experience preferred in eCommerce distribution, transportation, or customer contact operations
- Vendor management experience in an eCommerce environment is strongly preferred

About the Role
The role is remote and job seekers must reside in one of the following states: PA, NJ, or DE to be considered. This role requires you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.
