Drop-in Center Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide harm reduction services including Narcan/Naloxone distribution, needle exchange, fentanyl test strips, safer use supplies, overdose prevention education, and support.
• Conduct HIV and drug user health testing, care, and treatment services.
• Manage community clinics and provide sexual health navigation programs.
• Engage in street outreach and project break services.
• Support trans individuals and sex workers through case management and other relevant services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in harm reduction, addiction recovery, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
