Full-time position based in Watonga.
About the role
The Drop & Count Team Supervisor ensures all slot machines and table games are dropped in a timely manner, verifies currency, paperwork, and transfer slips for accuracy, and complies with all policies and procedures.
Schedule
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, Monday through Sunday.
- Requests for specific days off require advance notification and approval by the Drop/Count Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all gaming machines are dropped.
- Ensure table games (blackjack/poker) are dropped according to the end of the gaming day.
- Empty and reload completed drop carts once all currency is removed from cash boxes.
- Recheck proper transfer slips.
- Notify the Vault Clerk when the count is completed.
- Maintain all equipment in working condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Drop and Count Manager.
Physical Requirements
- Bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting, and pulling.
- Hand and finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination.
- Standing for long periods.
- Ability to move objects up to and exceeding 30 lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
- Must not be color blind.
- Casino environment exposure: cigarette, cigar, pipe smoke, bright flashing lights, loud mechanical noises, and crowds.
- No allergies to cleaning soaps, detergents, or other specified cleaning chemicals.
Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must maintain a valid Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming License.
- Experience working in an environment such as an assembly line with repetitive action, grasping small objects from a moving line, and accountability for production in a specific timeframe.
- Proper Drop/Count experience.
- Good attendance record.
- Dependable transportation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification Standards for Gaming License
- Felonies: Absolutely no felonies within the past ten (10) years.
- Misdemeanors:
- Theft/Fraud within two (2) years: Automatic disqualification.
- Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery within two (2) years: Automatic disqualification (unless proof of attendance in a treatment program is provided).
- Drug/Alcohol-related offenses within two (2) years: Automatic disqualification (unless proof of attendance in a treatment program is provided).
