Drop Bury Supervisor I

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily underground workload.
• Ensure drops are completed according to customer specifications.
• Perform and distribute daily locates work.
• Print and distribute work assignments daily.
• Code out jobs each day.
• Quality control contractors' work (minimum 10%).
• Administer fleet vehicles and phones.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Carry out supervisory duties in line with organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Interview, hire, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
