About the role
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Box Truck Drivers/Crew Leaders. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service and move people forward, both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers throughout the entire moving process
- Padding and Wrapping of the customers belongings to ensure protection
- Protecting the customers home during the moving process
- Basic assembly and disassembly of household items
- Moving Furniture, Appliances, Boxes, and Outdoor items
- Securing furniture for safe transportation on the truck
- Packing of small items into boxes
- Junk Removal Services
- Complete paperwork and payment collection
- Safely operate the 26’ box truck as a driver (non-CDL)
- Maintain a clean and orderly truck
- Perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required for drivers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to lift heavy items on a consistent basis (100 lbs. or more)
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse labor, manufacturing, or truck driving helpful
