Drivers / Laborers

Responsibilities

• Provide top notch customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
• Greet customer upon arrival to location and complete a walk-through of the premises
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
• Movers will assist driver with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Strong logic and math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of dollars, weight measurement, volume, distance and time)
• Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Experience as a mover, truck driver, general laborer, construction worker or warehouse worker helpful

Pay

PAY RANGE: $15 - $19.50 per hour PLUS tips
Drivers start at $17 - $19.50 per hour (DOE)
Movers start at $15 - $16 per hour
Performance bonus - earn an additional $2 per hour!
