Drivers - Full-Time and Part-Time

Perfect for retirees, parents, or part-time work seekers looking for a role that fits around your day without taking it over. At ECHO, we're hiring Drivers to transport adults with disabilities to and from our programs in the Leesburg area.

Schedule

Split Shift

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30–9:30 AM and 3:30–6:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30–9:30 AM and 1:30–4:30 PM

Free time in the middle of the day (6+ hours off). No late nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to and from ECHO programs
• Assist passengers getting on/off the vehicle as needed
• Create a positive, friendly experience during each ride
• Complete basic vehicle checks and documentation

You're often the first and last person participants see each day—your role matters.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Comfortable assisting individuals with disabilities
• Enjoys driving and working independently
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
