Driver/Warehouse Labor

About the role

The Driver / Warehouse Laborer supports daily warehouse operations, transports materials and equipment to and from jobsites, maintains inventory accuracy, and keeps the warehouse organized and clean.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and vehicles to transport materials and supplies to and from job sites when needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, shelving, and storage areas.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and yard safely.
• Perform general labor duties assigned on project sites.
• Support emergency deliveries or after-hours material requests when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia driver's license with a DOT card.
• Comfortable driving 20’ flatbed truck.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Previous warehouse, construction, delivery, or material handling experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience with warehouse organization and logistics.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials up to 80 lbs. as part of regular job duties.
• Must be able to stand and remain on feet for extended periods throughout the work shift while performing job tasks.
• Must be able to sit down for extended periods of time while operating a forklift.
