What You’ll Do
- Execute picking, packing, staging, and shipping of customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Perform unloading, labeling, receiving, and put-away of inbound materials to maintain smooth warehouse flow
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in all warehouse functions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CDL required) to deliver materials to customer locations
- Ensure proper load securement using straps, chains, and binders while protecting materials during transit
- Complete deliveries on time while providing a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and compliance records
- Transition seamlessly between warehouse and driving responsibilities based on operational needs
- Support branch operations during driver shortages, peak volumes, and operational disruptions
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to meet delivery and service commitments
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and reducing delays and manual work
What You Bring
- Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required, Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, Valid CDL Class A (or B, based on fleet) license in good standing with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes, Understanding of DOT regulations, FMCSA compliance, and safe driving practices, Proficiency in forklift operation and material handling equipment, Ability to execute commercial driving routes and delivery schedules effectively, Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment, Ability to complete documentation and maintain compliance records accurately, Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset, Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety procedures, and delivery documentation, Ability to quickly adapt and shift priorities based on operational demands
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift between 50–90 lbs. regularly, Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse and delivery tasks, Ability to work in both indoor warehouse environments and outdoor conditions, Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles in a safety-sensitive environment
- Pre-Employment Requirements: Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check, Authorization to work in the United States
