Driver/Warehouse

Responsible for operating a vehicle to transport goods, products, or materials to various destinations without requiring a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle ensuring all products, goods, or materials are transported to their destinations.
• Perform pre- and post-vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies.
• Load and unload vehicle as required.
• Follow delivery schedule and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pick-up operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with using navigation systems.
• Proficiency in English for safety-related communication.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant driving experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Regular physical activity including lifting, loading, and unloading goods; must be physically fit and able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Daily local travel with occasional long-distance travel required.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and drive comfortably in them.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in driving or logistics.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Vocational or technical degree in transportation or related field.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, or Safety Training.

Pay

Base salary range: $19.00 to $22.88 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on factors including location, education, training, and experience.

Schedule

Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
