Who we are looking for

The Driver, Van is responsible for safely transporting auction drivers to and from designated locations to pick up and deliver vehicles for auction operations. This position plays a key role in supporting the movement of inventory between sites, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.

What you will do

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Safely operate multi-passenger vans or shuttle vehicles in accordance with company and DOT regulations
  • Transport customers and personnel to and from designated locations, including hotel pickups, airport runs, and auction site shuttling
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers; assist with boarding and exiting as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles
  • Accurately complete and submit trip logs and mileage records
  • Follow assigned schedules and communicate with dispatch or management regarding route changes or delays
  • Ensure vehicle is fueled and ready for each shift; report maintenance needs promptly
  • Assist during auction days with moving vehicles or directing traffic as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail
  • Able to sit for long periods and assist passengers with limited mobility
  • Familiarity with Oklahoma City area is a plus
  • Previous driving or transportation experience preferred
