About the Role
Action is seeking a full-time Driver/Valet to join our Beverly West team in Westwood, Los Angeles.
Compensation
$23-25/hour
Schedule
Monday - Tuesday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Wednesday 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM
Saturday- Sunday 3:00 PM- 11:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Arrive on time and in proper attire and maintain a clean driving record at all times
- Greet residents and guests upon arrival and departure and address them formally unless directed otherwise
- Open doors and assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles
- Assist with luggage, groceries, packages, and other items and deliver to resident units when needed
- Confirm destinations and routes with passengers and utilize GPS prior to transport
- Maintain safe driving practices at all times, keeping both hands on the steering wheel and no music while driving
- Ensure vehicles are clean and equipped with necessary amenities prior to service
- Conduct inspections of vehicles before and after use and document any existing damage
- Report any vehicle damage or expenses immediately to management
- Maintain an organized flow of traffic in the driveway and ensure vehicles do not block entry or exit
- Conduct routine patrols of the garage and driveway areas and remain alert for unusual activity
- Assist with screening non-resident guests and confirm access with the front desk when necessary
- Communicate resident or guest needs with other staff and departments as needed
- Receive shift pass-down information and inspect vehicles during shift turnover
- Take breaks during slower periods and notify the front desk when leaving or returning
- Follow all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned
