About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non-CDL or CDL Truck Driver to join our Transportation team. Located at 100 Crossing Road, Bristol, PA, this full‑time position involves safely operating a company vehicle, delivering customer orders, and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering items. Responsibilities

• Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver and Document: Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
• Collaborate for Service: Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record.
• Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds).
• Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders.
• Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.
• Climb/step-up into a truck cab.
• Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations.
• At least three years of route transportation experience in a multi-stop service route environment is preferred.
• Handheld scanner proficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Commitment to adhere and enforce all security procedures.

Pay

Pay: $24.50/hr for non-CDL drivers and $26.50/hr for CDL drivers
