Driver Returns Coordinator, 3rd Shift

About the Role

The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock counts, verifying discrepancies, and preparing inventory reports to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and manage receipts and disbursements
• Recommend stock rotations and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Count materials, adjust errors, and maintain shrink standards
• Support the flow of products through the distribution process
• Count and verify stock, compare to records, and post inventory data
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare inventory reports and monitor inventory rotation
• Maintain inventory standards and recommend improvements
• Support accurate and efficient warehouse operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Over 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse setting
• Strong math and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including overtime
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift (10-35 pounds regularly, up to 90 pounds occasionally), and work in multi-temperature environments
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
