About the role

Dragon Xpress is a private fleet specializing in local, regional, and owner-operator dry van freight. We have terminals based in Biron, WI and Sturtevant, WI. We are actively growing and looking for a self-starter who is hard-working, resourceful, and detail-oriented to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks safely and efficiently within assigned routes
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Load and unload cargo according to specifications
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding route progress and any issues
• Adhere to a consistent schedule and home every weekend (48 hours guaranteed)

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Clean driving record
• No more than 3 moving violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
• No touch freight
