About the role

The Driver at Cedar Mountain Commons is responsible for transporting residents using company vehicles while ensuring passenger safety. Responsibilities include assisting residents entering and exiting the vehicle, and providing assistance at their destinations. Duties may also include performing maintenance tasks and supporting the community's activities and resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Transports residents in company vehicles
• Affords compassionate assistance to residents as they enter and exit the vehicle
• Affords compassionate assistance to residents as they arrive at their destinations
• Performs maintenance duties as needed
• Supports the community's activities and resident well-being

Requirements

• Valid CT Class 2 with "Passenger" endorsement license or CT Commercial Drivers License (CDL), Class B with "Passenger" endorsement license required
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Multi-tasking, time management ability
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Good driving history
