About the role
The Life Enrichment Assistant - Assisted Living Driver is responsible for providing transportation services to residents in an assisted living facility.
Responsibilities
- Drive residents to and from scheduled activities and appointments
- Ensure safety and comfort of residents during transport
- Adhere to strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external parties
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or transportation role preferred
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organization skills
- Knowledge of local routes and area landmarks
